About this villa rental
Only a few kilometres from Artà, on a 200.000 m² large plot, which includes fields and a tree population, lies the Finca Hort den Salat. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots and yet with ideal traffic connections, this accommodation is perfect for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in harmony with nature and a maximum level of privacy. On 600 m² living space and 2 floors the Majorcan country house offers 2 living rooms with characteristic ceiling beams, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 dining rooms, 4 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and 3 with 2 single beds) as well as 5 bathrooms (of which 3 en suite). It can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, air conditioning in the main rooms, a fireplace, a wood burning stove, satellite TV, board games, children's books, a baby cot, a children's bed and a high chair. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the fantastic outdoor area. Whether in the 55 m² pool, on one of the roofed, furnished terraces or on the spacious patios and terraces - relaxation is guaranteed! Let yourself be enchanted by the bright bougainvillea, prepare delicious dishes on the grill and forget the worries of everyday life. Numerous loving details such as a fountain, a pond or seating arrangements in antique design complete the charm of this breathtaking finca. In the village of Artà, 3 km or 6 minutes by car from the accommodation, you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The sandy beach of Platja de Canyamel is 12 km away or a 17-minute drive and the beaches of Sa Marjal and Cala Bona are about 12 km away. Listen to the sound of the waves and let your eyes wander over the turquoise blue sea - here holiday dreams come true!

We had a wonderful family holiday, the house is beautiful the pool fantastic, the location is stunning you're not overlooked by anyone a real hidden gem. Perfect for families. We don't want to tell anyone else about it, it's a very special place, We had a wonderful stay. Easy to find and the host was great, the house had everything we needed. Would love to head there again.

We had the most amazing time staying in this gorgeous house, surrounded by a wonderful private garden and estate, secluded by beautiful trees. The setting is so serene, located at the end of a private 1km driveway, not another property in sight. The outside terraces, courtyard and pool are just perfect for lounging away the days. The lovely town of Artà is only a 4 minute drive away. This historic property is spotlessly clean and traditionally and tastefully decorated throughout. The house and ground are so much larger the pictures suggest. Our host Pedro was so helpful and we cannot wait to return.
