Off the game room, you’ll find a modern, fully renovated kitchen that flows seamlessly into a large dining room. This space is perfect for cooking, entertaining, or enjoying a glass of wine while catching up with friends and family.
The spacious living room is bathed in natural light from its ample windows and offers plenty of seating, complete with a 65-inch TV for movie nights. Adjoining the living room is a cozy four-season sunroom with a twin daybed, perfect for a morning coffee or an additional sleeping option.
On the main floor, you’ll also find:
A bedroom with a queen bed and a dedicated workstation.
A half bathroom.
A closet stocked with board games for endless entertainment.
Upstairs, the charm continues with:
A stylish kids' room featuring twin bunk beds and a queen bed.
A skylit full bathroom.
A master suite boasting a king bed and an en-suite bathroom.

You’ll have full access to the entire house. Entry is via a secure keypad with a unique code provided before your stay.

For stays shorter than 3 days, the hot tub will be serviced after checkout.
For stays longer than 3 days, a mid-stay hot tub service will be scheduled. We’ll notify you ahead of time to ensure minimal disruption.

The house was very clean and welcoming, had many thoughtful touches (sound machines in the rooms, bibs and a high chair available, etc.) We are sensitive to fragrances and were very happy that the house was “fragrance free.”

Our family, six adults and a very active 8 year old, just stayed in this home. The game room and hot tub were a hit. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of space for everyone. Communication with Austin was easy. We have family in Kalamazoo and love visiting so we plan on staying here again.

This VRBO is top notch!! The house was a perfect spot for our family to enjoy time together after summer graduation. Commencements were early so we had an entire day to BBQ and hang out with our family afterward. The deck fit us and a few friends nicely. Inside was perfectly cool, comfortable and plenty of seating if we needed to be inside. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, and all the essentials we needed. Awesome lighting throughout the entire house. The beds, bedding, and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Everyone loved the game room, even the grandparents! I was impressed with how clean it was when we arrived! The kitchen had plenty of everything needed, from coffee pot selections to condiments! Well thought out place! Thanks so much!

Great place and location, close to everything. 8 adults stayed for a weekend of golf and brewery hopping. Plenty of space for all of us. It was stocked full woth coffee, pors, pans and plenty of board and outdoor games. Would stay again!
