Very spacious, clean and comfortable home. Convenient location, walkable / bikeable (with bikes included!) to downtown and city beach. Also a very cozy set up out back for BBQs and bonfires! Be sure to catch the farmers market on Friday afternoons right down the street! Beds and linens were very comfortable. Communication with property manager was quick, professional and friendly.Only thing to note for future renters: If you're not a cat person, you will find the (super friendly) neighborhood cat Oliver to be quite a bother as he is quite intent on being a part of whoever occupies this home. Personally, we loved the friendly furry company every time we we stepped outside. But worth noting for other guests who may not care for cats.

My family enjoyed our stay! There was lots of room for all of us and we enjoyed our time on the deck, as well. The house was very clean and the location was central to everything we needed in Ludington. Highly recommend it!
