About this house rental
Wake up and grab ur coffee or juice and walk on the patio have a seat and look out over the water as ur breathing in that fresh air as the sun hits ya ,ur friend comes out w a fishing pole and starts catching a few perch ! A couple other family members or friends wake up and start making some breakfast in the kitchen then u guys have breakfast on the patio overlooking the water as the fish keep biting!!take the row boat or kayak out and go up and down the channel for a morning workout followed by a nice dip in the hot tub..just a little what could be if u decide to stay here ….

We came to town for an event and the spot was perfect! On the water, clean, and convenient and Johnny was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We needed a place for 3 couples to stay for just 1 night and that is hard to come by as typically it is a 2 night minimum. So I appreciated that we could book it for just one night. It was the perfect size and lay out for our group. The location was ideal as we spent the day on the water and islands and we were 7 minute drive to our marina and jet express from PIB. Coming home to the cozy patio and the biggest hot tub ever was just what our friend group needed to close out the day. We took advantage of access to the water and paddle boarded around on a very peaceful morning. Johnny was a great host - very responsive and offered us advice and discounts for in the area. We will for sure be back.
