This 1 bedroom apartment is located in the 9th district of Paris, close to the Saint-Lazare train station. The building is modern and fully secured.
You can find this 65 square meters property on the last floor of a Haussmann-style building. There is an elevator until the 5th floor and then one flight of stairs to the apartment located on the 6th.
The living room features two sofas, a coffee table, a TV, a dining table, and four chairs.
Two small balconies are accessible from the living room, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy a panoramic view of the charming neighbourhood.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs, combo microwave/oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary utensils.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and two nightstands with lamps.
There is small office area in the room at your convenience.
The bathroom has a bathtub that can be also used as a shower, a sink, a mirror and a towel heater.
The separate toilet has a sink also.
The apartment is fully air-conditionned in every room. Pretty rare in Paris these days.
High-speed, unlimited fiber-optic internet (+600 Mb/s) is provided.
The laundry room, equiped with a washing machine and a dryer, is located on the landing outside the apartment and is shared with another apartment we own on the same floor. It is locked and accessible only to our guests.
