Our charming 2-bedroom home is located in Elma Center. Nestled just a 17-minute drive from the excitement of games and concerts at the Buffalo Bills’ Highmark Stadium, 5 minutes from the beautiful Knox State Park, and a 19-minute drive to the serene shores of Lake Erie, this property offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.

We had a very good stay, had been there before and felt like we knew what to expect.Our only problem was an issue with the interior door code not working later on the first night when we returned to the rental. We couldn't get inside and had to wait awhile for the host to respond to our texts and phone calls, which she did do as soon as she saw them. Joanne was able to electronically? reset our code so that we could get in and had a repair guy come out the next day to check on it (although the reset did seem to solve our problem we appreciated feeling like it wouldn't happen again.).This rental has a terrific kitchen, a comfortable queen-size bed, two full bathrooms, and fabulous air conditioning which was wonderful during some very hot days.

Victoria House is a beautifully decorated, cozy property close to lots of activities. Many details are thoughtfully provided by the hosts for a worry free travel experience and they check in with you regularly to make sure you have everything you need. Parking and access to the space were both convenient and easy. Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! Thanks, J and J!

The home's description is just what it says. You have the entire first floor while the host is upstairs. There's a lot of room to roam inside, kitchen, dining, sitting room, living room, 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you'd want. They even had coffee available for the coffee maker. Excellent communication before and during the trip. This price point is very good for the space. It's not the modern minimalistic type of home if that's what you're looking for but this is an experience and it feels homey. Plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. We were in town for a wedding and it worked out perfectly for our family.It was a bonus when we turned on the TV and found that they had so many paid channels e.g. Netflix! That's customer service.
