This beautiful home is located in the premiere Seagrove Beach community on the Beaches of South Walton. Much time and attention was taken in decorating this stunning property. Enjoy granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful decor throughout Cinnamon Fern.
The home is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
The first floor consists of the Living Area, Dining Room, Laundry Room, Hall Bath, King bedroom with a full bath, and a back porch for guests to enjoy.
The second floor consists of a King bedroom with a full bath, Queen bedroom with a full bath, Bunk room with a double/double bunk bed, Den, and another porch for guests to enjoy.
Cinnamon Fern is located in the premier Nature Walk community in South Walton. The magnificent new community offers all the charm and amenities one would hope for. You can take a stroll along the beautiful nature trails, build sandcastles, and take a leisure bike ride through the trails. Nature Walk also offers great amenities one would expect in a beach home destination. You have access to beautiful community pools with a hot tub, children’s pools, a children’s playground, a grilling facility, a community fire pit, entertainment area, and a putting green. The adults can also relax in the hammocks which surround the pool. You are a short walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
A wonderful advantage of being in Nature Walk is the fact that you will be in the Seagrove Beach community. Seagrove is located between Seaside, and Rosemary and Alyse Beach. The house is located in a quite cute neighborhood! The pool is a short walk away and super nice! The house was not clean and was not equipt with enough cups or cookware. There also was not any extra pillows or blankets.
