Large studio perfect for 4 people, located in a secure residence on the 1st floor with elevator and private parking space.
The accommodations are 50 meters from the beach Du Môle and also very close to shops, restaurants, bars and Port Center.
In the residence you have 2 large swimming pools (one with salt water) and a wading pool (open from May just until the end of August) to enjoy the beautiful time with family or friends.
The accommodation
Our accommodations are a large studio (30m2) air-conditioned.
The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a sofa bed (2 people) and 2 bunk beds and a loggia area open to the living room.
You will find a TV in the accommodation. (more than 30 channels), fridge, hob, Philips Senseo pod coffee maker, microwave oven, washing machine and dishes.
The accommodations are in a quiet location but also very close to the mother and all the shops.
Entry into the residence and also into the building is done by a code that you receive it before your arrival.
Traveler access
You have access to a private parking space inside the residence.
You also have the right to enjoy the swimming pools that are located in the residence with specific bracelets. (The loss of the bracelets results in a penalty of 50 euro/bracelet on your bill.)
Other remarks
Bed linen and towels for bath and toilet are not included, but on request they can be offered to you for an additional amount of 10 euro/person/stay.
