This property is only 10 minutes from RSW and ball fields, 25 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, and an easy 20-minute drive to access many of Fort Myers' great attractions.

With a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, 2 twin sized beds in the guest bedroom, and a day bed with trundle in the den which can be closed off for privacy. The whole family can be accommodated. On the screened lanai, you can sip coffee in the mornings or relax in the evenings and listen to the owls in the preserve behind the property. The fully equipped kitchen with a large island allows for easy meal prep and is open to the living room and dining room so everyone can take part in the action. This beautiful home is located in the gated community of Bridgetown at the Plantation. You can be as active as you'd like to be in this community with pickleball, tennis, bocce, fitness center, resort pool, lap pool, hot tub, fire pit area, and many classes and scheduled activities throughout the week. Scott's home was absolutely amazing!! We have stayed at many rentals and this has been our favorite one to date!! The home was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Even prettier in person. The beds were great as well. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the amenities. Scott was a great host, helpful and very responsive. We can't wait to stay again!
