Legacy Pointe is a warm and relaxing 9 bedroom, 9 1/2 bath water-front home on Smith Lake in Alabama situated on a beautifully landscaped lot with an amazing view. Its location near Lewis Smith Dam and the mouth of Ryan Creek makes it ideally situated to access all the lake has to offer.
Enjoy the luxurious comfort of modern amenities such as high end appliances, full bathrooms with each bedroom, spacious gathering areas, indoor/outdoor living space, and Sonos sound system. This is a year round retreat destination. Take a stroll on the cart path that encircles the estate, sit by the gas fire pit, jump off the 2 story boat dock, sunbathe on the upper deck, relax on the porch swing, sink in to the bubbling hot tub or cozy up on the screened in porch to watch TV and grill dinner by the fireplace. Maintain your fitness routine in the workout room while enjoying views of the lake.
The home consists of 3 levels of living space in the main house, with a guest house connected to it on the main level via a covered pergola. Two of the king bedrooms/bathrooms and a kitchenette are located in the guesthouse, making it a perfect place for anyone needing a little more privacy or quiet. Two lower level bunk rooms are equipped with individual charging stations and ambient lights for each bed. Four keurig coffee stations throughout the house ensure bright mornings. The boat dock has 3 slips- 2 with boat lifts (6000 lbs, 10,000 lbs) and one with 2 Seadoo docking stations. Pontoon boats may be tied up along the side. The house is beautiful, was VERY clean and everything worked as it should have (there are 19 of us who have done Thanksgiving together for many years and we’ve seen plenty of places that don’t meet even the basic of standards). We all loved our stay!Finally, Cindy is an extraordinary host and we wish all VRBO hosts would model themselves after her!

This was an amazing venue for a womens’ trip. From the billiards, to the hot tub, the dock and the great outdoor lounge areas, and enormous kitchen, we had everything we needed for a memorable and comfortable stay.
