About this apartment rental
Having just undergone a full renovation in January 2024 we are excited to offer this fantastic one bedroom, one bathroom Apartment. Located in the heart of the beautiful town of Moraira, just a few metres away from a local supermarket, several bars, bakeries and the white sandy beach of L'Ampolla. A perfect holiday home as no car is required!
Decorated in a modern style, the apartment has a fully-fitted kitchen, hot and cold air-conditioning and a sunny south-east facing balcony. The double bedroom with fitted wardrobes also has access to the balcony. Accessible by lift or a single flight of stairs.
The complex boasts tranquil communal gardens and a large swimming pool for residents only.

To secure a booking there is a 30% non-refundable deposit with the remainder payable 12 weeks prior to arrival. There is also a £200 damage deposit to be paid with the balance, this is returned after satisfactory inspection.
