About this house rental

The Accommodation
The house is a family heirloom that we renovated ourselves with lots of love—and now we can finally share it with you!
The house’s greatest treasure is the huge, wild forest garden: 3,000 square meters all to yourselves, with a large walnut tree in front of the patio, currant bushes and wild garlic, a swing, a mud kitchen, a sandbox, and a hanging teepee you can set up yourselves.
The house has two floors and three bedrooms:
- lower floor: kitchen, bathroom, large living room with dining area, bedroom 1 with a double bed (1.80 m), terrace
- upper floor: bedroom 2 with a double bed (1.80 m) and 2 single beds, bedroom 3 with a double bed (1.60 m)
The kitchen is equipped with all the basics: from spices, vinegar, and oil to a toaster. For your morning coffee, there’s a MoccaMaster drip coffee maker, a French press, a Bialetti espresso maker, and a milk frother.
The cozy space is comfortably and stylishly furnished—with a mix of Scandinavian furniture and retro charm. All beds are freshly made for you, and towels are provided.
Please note that a major highway runs near the house, which can be heard, especially during the week.
You can park right in front of the house/garage; there’s space for about 3 cars.
It’s a good idea for groups to have at least one car on site. You can also travel by train; the Bad Gandersheim train station is a 5-minute drive away.
Children are very welcome at Koseliges!

The garden is a huge adventure playground for kids: playing in the sandbox, collecting branches, building forts, snacking on wild strawberries and currants... But be careful: there’s a small pond—though it’s secured beneath the water’s surface with a grid. And there are nettles here and there ;-)
