No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.
Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).
Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.

Location was great! Walkable to anywhere. Not too many restaurants or grocery stores really close but walkable distance.

Good overall however, there were a number of smaller issues. Firstly it was a little confusing getting in. We also arrived to a dryer full of towels that needed to be folded and a dishwasher that needed to be emptied. The Keurig was leaking and not working properly and the iron was broken. Both bathroom fans were very noisy and should be Finally, replaced.
