Relax in this cozy home in a quiet private community. Sit on the back deck or screened in porch and enjoy your morning coffee or and evening glass of wine. There is a large private yard with an outdoor fire pit. Lake access just a 5 minute walk to our right of way to the water for swimming and water activities. Use our canoe to take spin around the lake. So many activities in the surrounding area. Hiking trails nearby. Walk or bike the mountain division trail just minutes away. Canoe or Tube down the Saco River rental place nearby. Enjoy a show at the stone mountain art center. All of the action in North Conway is 25mins away. Shop the outlets, take a scenic ride on the North Conway train and many great restaurants.

Privacy good! Downstairs not properly vented because it had a mildew smell. Make sure Vrbo has accurate info of all working items, included with the property! Good info on area attractions. Directions to lake not very clear and not able to swim to the dock because it was not in the water.
