Welcome to the Nininger! A restored 1856 home in the river town of Hastings, MN! You will be just a short stroll from riverside walking paths, coffee shops, and downtown eateries, breweries, and shops. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by inviting 10 ft ceilings and elegant, modern furnishings. Your stay includes many accommodations such as:

You will have this entire unit completely to yourself. It has a private entry and a huge private porch for you to enjoy! Please note that this unit has 3 bedrooms total and we lock one of the bedrooms that will not be used. If you would like either a 1 Bedroom or 3 Bedroom option to better meet your needs, reach out for more info.
You will let yourself in using a code specifically set for you using the last 4 digits of your phone number into the keypad on the front door.
There is one security camera located near the parking and one located on the porch of this unit showing the entrance. This is used for security purposes only and viewed only when issues arise.

Great place to stay during our family reunion. Very clean, comfortable and accessible to downtown Hastings and its quaint restaurants & shops. The owner responded quickly to our few questions and check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for our visit to historic Hastings and the Mississippi River valley. Spotlessly clean, stocked with everything we needed, fresh linens, well stocked updated kitchen and awesome coffee bar to boot! Alyssa is the perfect hostess, quick to respond all our emails and to any request or need. The roomy, oh so comfortable historic home, creaky floors, nearby train whistles and all, only added to the charm and already fond memories of our stay. We hope to return again one day! Thanks Alyssa

We enjoyed our stay. Its close to restaurants and we had walmart deliver food for cooking. We were on our way back home to florida after the wedding. The home has historic appeal, yet updated for comfort. If we ever are in the area again we would stay there again.
