Its alluring appeal begins as you step into the cozy living area touting majestically high ceilings that augment the charm. Luxurious seating, a Smart TV, and a 70" fan ensuring comfortable temperatures while watching your favorite movies or shows by the glowing warmth of an indoor fireplace.
The sleeping accommodations include a downstairs queen bedroom ensuring blissful sleep under star-lit country skies. The loft area doubles as a fun-filled children's space and an additional sleeping haven, equipped with fresh linens for your convenience.
The heart of our place is a full-sized kitchen, equipped with modern amenities ready to aid in preparing your favorite meals. Whether you opt for dining indoors at our quaint dining table or prefer the open-air experience on the porch, your stay promises memorable meal times. Also, a spacious bathroom equipped with a walk-in tiled shower, a stackable washer/dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a refreshing start each day.
Equipped with spray foam insulation and a mini-split for heating and air conditioning, your loft—as snug as a bug, irrespective of the season. A backyard fire pit adds a cozy, alluring touch, guaranteeing delightful evenings under the star-studded Alabama sky.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy complete access to the fully equipped loft, open outdoor spaces including the BBQ grill, a spacious backyard, and our inviting fire pit. A dedicated workspace exists for remote work or studying needs. Seamless checking in and out is achieved through a smart lock system. Free parking is available on the premises, with a separate area ensuring your privacy. Note, the driveway is shared with the main home.

The space is located in a rural area. Have one neighbor down the hill who is a long hauler trucker and has several Semi Trucks, campers parked in his yard. Their is a "LOUD" Tornado warning siren across the street that is tested the 1st Tuesday of every month for five minutes during the daytime. West Morgan High is about 5 miles from the property. Dollar Tree is roughly 4 miles from the property. All shops, restaurants and such are located on Beltline Rd, Decatur, which is about ~10 min drive.
Getting Around:
This space definitely requires a car to get around.

Beautiful spot, very clean, lots of space to just feel at home. Owner is excellent at communication and was very flexible with my stay, as well as taking care of anything that came up. Would highly recommend.
