The approx. 90 m² interior is characterised by a chic Scandinavian design. Leading off the hallway is bedroom 1 on the right and a spacious bathroom with bathtub on the left, so that you can relax here even in winter. The spacious living area is also accessed directly from the hallway. The dining, living area and open kitchen merge into each other, and not least in combination with the floor-to-ceiling glazed terrace front in bay window form, they also offer a wide view of the open landscape from the inside, thus creating an extraordinary, cosy feeling of space. Bright and modern furnishings, including Rolf Benz seating, round off the feel-good ambience. The second bathroom is directly connected to the master bedroom (bedroom 2) and is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling shower with glass partition. Both bedrooms have a double bed. All beds are box spring beds. In the living room, as well as in bedroom 1, there is a flat screen TV. There is a baby cot and a cot if required.

The entire apartment has underfloor heating, the energy of which is generated by its own air-heat pump. The modern floor coverings made of ceramic tiles and vinyl contribute to the friendly atmosphere.
The kitchen is equipped with high-quality AEG induction hob, small oven with microwave function, dishwasher and a large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, as well as small kitchen appliances from Krups (coffee machine, toaster, kettle) and Severin (hand mixer). In the utility room, which leads off the kitchen, there is a washing machine, ironing machine and ironing board, as well as enough storage space for supplies and suitcases.
The spacious garden area with terraces is directly accessible from the living area and is equipped with table and chairs, 2 sun loungers, a parasol and a George Foreman grill.
The apartment includes two outdoor parking spaces, as well as an outdoor storage room, which allows charging e-bikes thanks to a power connection. Children's travel cot and high chair can be ordered by phone from the administrator, subject to availability. Stylish holidays under thatch are guaranteed here.

In the garden of the property there is a barrel sauna with a wonderful view of the landscape. On request, you can book the use of the sauna for your stay for a small surcharge. The sauna belongs to the house with a total of four apartments for common use. Sauna towels are not included in the price and can be booked with the administrator for a fee.

One dog is allowed in this apartment for a fee.

The thatched houses are characterised by bright and friendly colours in the furnishings. The view of the lagoon coast and the surrounding nature will make your holiday unique.

All apartments and houses have bicycle storage rooms and charging facilities for e-bikes. In addition, there are two e-car charging stations on the site and parking spaces are also sufficient and free of charge. The large outdoor area is designed in the style of garden architecture and is partly surrounded by a planted boulder wall.

The initial supply of bed linen and towels, as well as travel cots and a high chair can be booked for a fee.

There is an indoor sauna in the houses 15 Ole Bull, 17 Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, 24 Gustav Mahler, 26 Clara Schumann, 28 Ludwig van Beethoven and 32 Carl Reineke.
