On the ground floor of a three-story townhouse style location, this condo is Siesta Key Dream’s closest unit to the Village. It includes a bright, welcoming 1-bedroom unit with a full bathroom, kitchen, & living room. A king bed is in the bedroom, and in the living room a pull-out couch turns into a queen mattress. This location provides free, high-speed internet & WiFi, an HD Television equipped with live sports & extension channel options via free DirecTV Stream, and electric appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, Keurig-pods, washer/dryer) so you will not miss a beat.
Outside, you’ll find a shared, heated pool and outdoor space that is perfect to bask in the Florida sun and enjoy a quiet pool day or festive BBQ! The 18 x 26 ft pool is surrounded by an array of palm trees and tropical plants, providing full coverage and privacy from neighbors. On the pool deck, you’ll find multiple chaise lounge chairs, large umbrellas for shade, dining tables, and a BBQ for use. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxing or a night in with family!

To prep for the numerous beach trips, we provide you with towels, beach chairs, umbrella, blanket, cooler and a cart to transport your items easily! Traveling with your children? We offer complementary cribs, highchairs, toys, silverware, and baby-monitors available per request!
Shortly after you secure your vacation rental, you will receive a link where you can book local services experiences provided by vendors throughout the island. Siesta Key Dreams provides golf-carts to rent and mid-stay services such as cleanings, and linen changes.
When available, guests can request flexible booking with early check-in or late check out options. Siesta Key Dreams also offers baggage drop-off prior to your check-in time. You will be able to indicate your preferences in the link you will receive prior to check-in.
Guests will receive a Rental Agreement via email that provides common details about our terms and conditions, such as our no-smoking policy. Before you check-in, and just after booking, we require guest verification. You will receive information after booking and the process only takes a couple minutes. It was so easy and convenient. My favorite place we’ve stayed so far in Siesta Key. The people were amazing. Go go go.

Property was great. Loved the location because we could walk everywhere. The bed was super comfy! There are 2 AC UNITS, which is awesome because it was really hot during our stay. Pool was very clean. We had a couple of issues with the other renters, which was just our bad luck and does not reflect on the management or property itself. One set of young renters set the grill and propane tank on fire and we had to call the fire department. Everyone needs an exciting vacation story! And the renters above us probably had between 10-12 people and the noise was really crazy, they were constantly dragging furniture across the floor and maybe bowling. When they were all in the pool, they could barely fit! And let’s not forget the “fire starters” 3 am pool visits. Which is a little bit of a bummer since the pool is only about 2 feet from the bedrooms sliding glass door. We wish it would have been quieter but it’s a vacation rental and noise and chaos is expected.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was exactly as described and had everything we needed from making breakfast to spending the day at the beach. We didn’t use the pool much but it was clean and nice to have when we wanted it. The location was perfect! We could walk to the store or restaurants in a few short minutes or to the beach in no time! The host provided excellent communication as soon as we booked. During our stay we reached out to him and he responded right away. We will definitely stay with this host again!

Great location, just steps from the village and a short walk to the beach.The property manager was very prompt and helpful.It was a nice extra to have a pool right on-site and the bed was very comfy.
