We had a very positive experience with our stay at Axion Hotel. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, but Cole was especially helpful and such a delightful and hard-working young man. He parked our car and helped us with our luggage, but more importantly, he had such a friendly and polite manner every time we interacted with him. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It's right down town with easy access to all public transportation. The cable cars and subway are right next to the hotel. The staff were very helpful; they made check-in super easy. We had a delightful time in San Francisco, and staying at the Axion certainly contributed to this in a big way. Thank you!
