37 Cape Creek is our “happy place” where we love to welcome family and friends to create lasting memories. We invite you to experience everything that makes it so special to us. Our home is nestled among live oaks on Middle Island with beautiful views of the marsh and creek. Shoals Club Available.
The heart of the home is a gorgeous light-filled open plan living room and kitchen with a large island and a big dining room table. This is a home for special family reunions or friendship get-togethers, with four master bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Wake up to stunning views of the marsh from every room, each one uniquely and romantically furnished. Downstairs you’ll find two bunk rooms, with full-over-full size bunk beds with twin trundles. The kids’ den opens onto their own private patio with marsh views. This home is perfect for family time, where adults and kids can be together or have their own space. Create your favorite cocktails at our wet bar with its wine cooler and ice maker. Have morning coffee, afternoon tea or cocktails in the screened porch as you watch the marsh glow and change color at sunset. This a nature-lover’s paradise. The house was big enough for a family of 19–grandparents, parents and children! It was beautiful , well stocked and tucked away. We loved the location.

One of the best vacations our family has ever had! The home was absolutely beautiful and the accommodations were spot on. The kitchen had everything we needed and more just a five minute golf cart ride from several access points to the beach and an excellent fishing location right next to the home. We plan to come back to this house every opportunity that we have. Absolutely loved it.

We aren’t really the “post a review type”, but this house is extraordinary and the owners who shared this vacation rental with our extended family deserve the favor of this review. We are not related to or know the owners, as we just picked this house to “try it out.” Our family has owned and visited on BHI for right at twenty years and have seldom had a better stay than here (particularly for ages 6 to 90, which was our group). It is incredibly well suited and appointed to enable all who stayed to relax and enjoy the island. We catered in from the BHI market which made it simple to feed everyone in the ample kitchen area, and particularly when we utilized inside, outside, and screen porch seating and tables. We never felt cramped and the home is open and airy with separate “wings” which provided everyone a degree of privacy and separation when desired. The kitchen/living room is perfect for congregating. The screen porch (overlooking the marsh and ample wildlife) was sited so there is a constant breeze, which was very comfortable. With three golf carts our family could each go in separate directions, which made it easy and convenient. One night, unexpectedly, 66 houses lost power (for just a couple hours) and the property management was very responsive, which we appreciated. Overall this is a top tier experience on the Island and this house is in our “top two” stays here. Just a really nice, clean, spacious, comfortable and relaxing stay.
