Centrally located near the downtown area. Home located in an upper middle class neighborhood surrounded by beautiful historic homes and a safe and spacious gated parking area to park your vehicle. Surveillance cameras used in the exterior and communal hallway area for your safety.

Guests only have access to the first floor and exterior area. Guests are not to go upstairs nor wonder into other guests rooms or areas.

No pets or smoking inside the unit of any kind.
