Place was as described. Very close to the lift. It’s right out the window. We saw people had stuff to say about Hoots below. We had 2 kids also and they never heard the place below. We were there Saturday and Sunday. So at least 1 very busy day. Hoots is fantastic lodge food and kids are allowed until 9pm.

Enough room to fit the 4 of us and all of our stuff. Hot tub was nice, location was great, and room was clean.

Minor hiccup happened but the owner was very helpfull as well as the staff on site! Would recommend to anyone! Great location and easy acces to slopes!

The host is really great, responsive and the room is perfect. The gripes we had were not in their control.The room is directly above the hoots bar and being around NYE it was even louder than normal I can assume. Also the soaring eagle lift was down the entire trip for us making getting back to the room a huge pain waiting for shuttles with all the other people and the main parking lot there too.
