Conveniently located just a two-minute walk from Bentencho Station!
This 86-square-meter, 4-bedroom apartment is yours to rent.
Parking is available, so you can come by car.
Although it's close to the station, the surrounding area is very quiet and residential.
There are plenty of shops, and the map is constantly being updated! (Convenience stores, izakayas, 24-hour fast food restaurants, supermarkets, etc.)
Since our hosts live nearby, we can respond quickly if you need anything, so you can rest assured.

The third floor has two bedrooms, but for groups of 3 or less, we ask that you use only one room. If you would like to sleep separately from your companion, we can lay out a futon in the living room. 😊
Also, for groups of 2 adults (including children under 6), we will lay out the futons in the living room where the TV is, and the two third-floor rooms will be locked.
Depending on the number of people, if you would like two bedrooms, an additional fee may apply.

Each person will be provided with one plate, bowl, chopsticks, spoon, fork, knife, cup, and mug. If you need more, please contact the host.

Owner is very friendly and has good recommendations for restaurants and shopping areas, check in time is flexible for us. The house is clean and neat, just as pictures showed. The extra toilet is definitely a plus. FYI, the house is divided in three levels, enrty on the first (ground) floor plus the shower & laundry room, 2nd floor is living room and kitchen and a toilet, 3rd floor is the two bedrooms and a toilet. The house layout works fine for my family, but the steps might not work well for elderly people if walking up and down is a problem or if one has lots of luggages to bring up and down.
