The entertainment center is accompanied by a stunning LED fireplace and ambient, dimmable lighting that lets you set the mood for a relaxing evening. If you want to step up the fun, challenges your fellow guests to one of our numerous board and card games, including a pro poker set.
When it's time to unwind, there are two cozy bedrooms, each featuring custom built luxurious beds, super comfy mattresses, high quality linens, personal TVs, and ample closet space. All bedrooms feature blackout blinds for an excellent night's sleep.

We use a smart lock and you will receive the code upon arrival to the home under the "check-in" information in the guest portal. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.
** HOUSE RULES **
- No smoking indoors
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- No hot tub or outside music after 10pm
** OTHER THINGS TO NOTE **
There is not a dedicated parking spot. Street parking is very closeby but on a first come basis in a busy neighborhood, and we cannot guarantee there is a spot near the home. This is an AMAZING walkable location and UBER/Lyfts are easy.
** CANCELLATION POLICY **
Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.

The host was super nice and communicated very well with me. The hot tub was perfect. The house was perfect. The only problem I had was there’s no parking and lots of bums.
