Overlooking turquoise vistas and pristine white sand, this Dunes of Seagrove condo offers an idyllic Santa Rosa Beach stay! Fill your days with sandy walks, afternoon swims in the on-site pool, and playful competitions on the tennis court. A hot tub, sauna, and fitness center are also available for your enjoyment. Hop on the provided bikes and explore the city's restaurants, shops, and parks.
Back at your stay, continue to soak up the sea breeze from the spacious, private balcony. Inside, the perfect mix of nautical charm and modern convenience fills the space. The living room's soft seating overlooks a large smart TV, whereas the kitchen is composed of stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space.
Expansive and bright, the primary bedroom features warm wood finishes, a desk, quick balcony access, and a large ensuite bathroom - complete with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The additional bedroom and bunk room are just as cozy, both lined with high-quality linens and central air. A private washer/dryer rounds out the condo's interior amenities.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was more spacious than I thought it would be. Amazing patio with great views of the beach and the beach was very easy accessible! The pools are spectacular too!

We try to come every year, we have stayed at a number of different units at Dunes of Seagrove. This one was great, would stay again.

Awesome unit with a beautiful view. This unit has everything you need to stay the week. The deck is wonderful with lots of comfy furniture including a patio couch and it gets the morning sun which is needed in the cooler months. The other buildings do not get the morning sun only the B building. The complex is lovely, pool, hot tub, gym and it’s quiet.

This was our 3rd time to visit Dunes of Seagrove in the past 5 yrs. First time at this unit. The unit was old and outdated. Sofa bed was dirty, sheets had not been changed, found dried out food under the dresser in the second bedroom, coffee machine needed to be descaled, dishwasher did not work properly (maintenance did come out when we called). It looked like it had not been properly cleaned. Sinks were dirty. If we do come back, we will choose another unit.
