Carmen Arms Condo 2 blocks to a lifeguard and boogie board beach. Very nice unit with roomy deck, spacious interior. 1 bedroom with queen bed. Other bedroom has 2 pyramid bunk beds with twins on top and doubles on bottom. Located nearby the acme and shopping center. In the kitchen there s an air fryer, Keurig, Kitchen Aid handmixer, electric can opener, Fresh Bean Grinding coffee maker. Blue Ray DVD player attached to a smart TV. Owner is leaving comforters, and blankets for the tenants to use. If they use them, please wash them for the next tenants. Tenants are responsible to bring sheets, towels, pillows, and pillowcases.

Decor was a little outdated and master bedrooms furniture was too large for the room but overall a nice last minute unit to rent. The plus side was unit was advertised as 3rd floor but was on second with less steps.
