About this house rental
Located in Carova in the 4X4 area, a short walk or drive to the beach. Four-wheel drive is required as our home is 10 miles down the beach from the pavement. Enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. With a pleasant and delightful ambiance, our property provides a cozy retreat for up to 7 guests. The bedrooms feature a comfortable king bed, queen bed, twin over full bunk bed ensuring a restful night's sleep. The house also offers WiFi, AC, and a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers, providing a refreshing Enjoy the panoramic views of the ocean in our crow's nest. Also the unique attraction of the wild horses! We had a wonderful time at the salty Mermai Lodge! Kristen and Dave are fantastic hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed for an amazing week on the beach.We had so many highlights like taking long walks on the beaches, seeing so many wild horses, and enjoying family meals on the second and third floor decks with panoramic ocean views. Our 17 and 20 year-old sons even met a local guy who lent them his fishing rigs and they caught a red drum one late night after tide head gone down. It was a week we will never forget!!Remember to bring all extra cooking, bathroom, soap etc supplies with you or it’s a 45 minute drive to Corolla after airing up and down. We flew from the Midwest and needed to buy a lot of supplies but it was fine!

Beautiful home. A beautiful location and excellent first trip to Carova! The only negative I have is that we didn’t stay longer.! We will definitely be back and hope to be able to rent this beauty in the future
