Beautiful modern house located in the municipality of Sainte Luce in a residential area, in a quiet setting, in immediate proximity to the beach and town centre. This villa has been equipped, furnished and decorated in a contemporary style with a real attention to detail so as to guarantee total comfort for its occupants. This place, right in the centre of the "South Caribbean" area of the island is ideal for relaxing with family or friends before setting off to discover the island.

Villa layout: the villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm convertible sofa), 2 bathrooms with toilet (1 private, 1 independent), living room, equipped kitchen, indoor parking closed by gate, terrace and private swimming pool.
Please note: the 3rd bedroom with the convertible sofa is part of the living room which is separated by a sliding partition
Air conditioning: yes in all 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 3-ring induction cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, various kitchen utensils and complete dinnerware set.

Swimming pool: yes, small swimming pool (punch bowl) of approximately 2.5m x 2.5m protected by a child safety alarm and surrounded by a deck with sun loungers and outdoor shower.
Linen: household linen (including beach towels) is provided. Weekly sheet changes on request.
Associated services: upon arrival you will be greeted with fresh drinks and items for your first breakfast.
To know: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening…) nor to invite, day or night, a significant number of people outside the contract.
