About this apartment rental
This is a newly built studio flat two minutes’ walk from Earl's Court station, excellent connections to the rest of the city thanks to the tube station and numerous bus lines right on the doorstep.
Within the heart of posh London, the area boasts some of the most exclusive real estate in the world. Ten mins walk to South Kensington, which is home to some of the world's most prestigious museums and universities.

The space
This brand new studio flat, about 15 sqm, is on the first floor of a converted period property. It includes a kitchenette and stylish and tastefully decorated en-suite shower room.
The space is cosy and fully furnished with:
- Ottoman double bed with massive underneath storage space
- Wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Desk and chair
On your arrival you will find your double bed with all bed linen, including clean bed sheets, duvet and pillows. Towels will be provided for free on request.
The space is serviced by Superfast Wifi broadband (70 Mbits) and it's peaceful and warm. The desk and chair make the space ideal if you need to work from home.
The studio flat includes a compact and functional kitchenette with induction stove, refrigerator/freezer, kitchen sink, cabinetry and it's fully equipped with silverware, dishware, cookware, and basic cooking utensils.
Laundry facilities are located in a separate room within the building and are free to use.

Nice room and bathroom. Very easy check in process. I didn't need luggage storage, so unsure if that's available.
Bed was a little too soft, but warm. Hardwood floors as show in pictures (could do with an extra rug on the floor). The desk is quite small; unsure if you could work from it, but worked well to keep toiletries, notebook etc on it.
Really liked having access to fridge, microwave and dishes during my week stay - meant I could buy groceries and milk :). Kettle provided, although there was an odd dish soap taste in the water from it. Induction cooktop which was easy to use, but only some of the pants/pots worked with it.
As is classic for London homes (I think), only stairs nor elevator. So be prepared to carry luggage up/down a few flights of stairs.
And note the location before booking. It's walkable to parks and national history museum area. It's a bit of a long walk into the "centre" / tourist areas - I didn't mind it (I quite enjoyed the walk back each day), but do consider whether you are ok with the travel time before booking.
