Perfect Accommodations
There is no better feeling than to select a location online and for it to exceed your expectations. This home was perfect for our large group of dancers and musicians who were visiting Pittsburgh for a conference and engagement at the Benedum Center.The host was quick to respond to every question or request. The close proximity to downtown was a bonus. Everyone in our group was very happy with this home.

This house was ideally located for our activities. Nicole is a great host, responsive to our questions and everything needed was at hand. Our dog enjoyed the nearby dog park. We'll certainly return for our next visit.

if you are looking for something a little different for your Pittsburgh trip and have a large group Lisa's place is an excellent choice. small local neighbourhood with lots of restaurant choices within 10-20 mins walk. Access to downtown is easy by taking the incline followed by the t train or 15 mins Uber to most popular areas. Tons of space inside. the extra bathrooms really come in handy. host was responsive to questions and requests.

The space:

**Kitchen 1 and Kitchen 2**
There are 2 fully stocked kitchens in this home. Each one includes a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, Keurig coffee machine, and all the cookware and tableware required to prepare a gourmet meal.

**Kitchenette**
A kitchenette with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and cabinet storage space is located on the top floor.

**Dining Areas**
This house has 3 separate dining spaces. The first has 6 seats and is situated directly outside of Kitchen 1. There is a small bar table in Kitchen 2 that seats 4 people. Situated on the upper level, close to the kitchenette, is the third dining area. There are 6 seats at this table.

**Living Room 1 and Living Room 2**
Savor unwinding on the cozy couches as you watch your preferred series on the high-definition smart TV featuring Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and other services (Please note-access to these streaming services are not provided, you will have to log-in using your own account.). Living room 1 also features a fireplace. This is the ideal location for guests to sit back, relax, and spend time with friends and family.

**Bedrooms 1 & 4**
Both bedrooms #1 and #4 include multiple beds and are spacious. A double bed and a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on top are found in Bedroom 1. There is a double bed and a single bed in bedroom 4. A very sizable walk-in closet with plenty of room to hang or store clothes is another feature of bedroom 1.

**Bedrooms 2, 3, & 5**
Each of the three bedrooms 2, 3, and 5 has a deluxe bed with fine linens. The mattresses in bedrooms 2 and 5 are both queen-sized. There is a double bed in bedroom 3. A dresser is provided in bedrooms 2 and 5 to store clothes. In addition, bedroom 5 is a master bedroom and has a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable recliner chair, and closet space.

**Full Bathrooms 1 &3**
Both large, fully equipped bathrooms have a shower/bathtub and were recently renovated with several new features. Use the hair dryer, body wash, conditioner, shampoo, and premium towels that are provided, along with the personal care products.

**Full Bathroom 2**
Bathroom 2 is the master bathroom. It comes with a walk-in shower and a 60-inch double vanity. Additionally, this bathroom has all the necessities!

**Half Bathroom**
A half bathroom is located on the top floor for your convenience!

**Laundry**
A washer and dryer are located in the basement available for guests to use at no additional cost.

**Outdoor Space**
Access to the patio and grassy backyard area is available to guests. You can play yard games in this area (not included). This also gives dogs a place to relieve themselves. In addition to the backyard is a balcony and a newly furnished front porch.
