About this cabin rental
Lakeside cabin, completely remodeled - ranch style home located on 1.8 acres with 165ft private beach, in the Southern Adirondacks, Town of Broadalbin - on The Great Sacandaga Lake. Amazing cabin to come rest, relax and enjoy the sunsets with magnificent mountain views.
This home has all upscale finishes, but with the cozy cabin Adirondack feel. All the living space is on one floor and very spacious. Perfect spot for your Adirondack adventures.
Inside: Living room, great room, full kitchen with island, enclosed front screen porch, 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms - master includes king bed, TV, walk in closet full bath. 2nd Bedroom includes bunk bed full & single and closet. 3rd bedroom queen and closet, with lake view. Multiple smart TV's, Wi-Fi, etc.
Outside: Lakeside/front property short walking path down to beach and enjoy the views, sunsets, etc. There is "not" a dock, but the Broadalbin Town Boat Launch is less than 5min drive, for you boaters. Wooden deck with lake views, patio table, chairs, fire pit, large front and rear lawn perfect for a game of volleyball or other outdoor activities, plenty of parking for trailers, boats, snowmobiles, etc. We also have RV power outlet box 50amp, 20amp GFCI receptacles, but this will require a phone conversation for permitted usage.
The beach is large and private, perfect for swimming, chilling out and just some fun in the sun. **Important - Water levels change as this lake is a "reservoir", so this can affect the shoreline, beach area, water depths, & sitting area at different times of the year. A beautiful spot to create the perfect vacation memories!!!
SECURITY:
There are Ring cameras located at all entrances. Home access there will be no keys, you will be given a security code to unlock the doors upon arrival.
CLEANING POLICY: Cabin is professionally cleaned after each guest. Guests are expected to leave the property neat, clean and orderly, as you found it. Before check-out guests are required to strip beds, load & run dishwasher, load washing machine to wash towels, remove all food and trash. A cleaning fee will be charged if there's extra cleaning required.
LINEN POLICY: Bed linens, blankets, comforters, pillows and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach and swim towels. Bring your own toiletries.

We had a lovely, restful family vacation at this comfortable, adorable cottage. Central air was a plus as we stayed during a period of high heat and low air quality, a short walk down to the lake and the kitchen was stocked with necessary items and plenty of storage. We would absolutely rent again!

Property was well maintained inside is very nice. With attention to detail, Large kitchen with nice pots & pans. (Needs a measuring cup ). Bathrooms were fully stocked even though we brought our own toiletries it was nice to have incase anyone forgot something and plenty of nice towels. Having two showers was great and no issues with two people showering at the same time. Fire pit is large and we loved it. Biggest complaint was the beach access.it’s not a “beach”there is a small clearing for chairs and is very rocky we made it work but we had to run out to get everyone water shoes. This property would’ve been amazing if the beach was better.The property had kayaks but no ors or life jackets so we assumed they were not okay to use. We could tell the owners are still working on the property and hope within a few years to come back and they clean up the swim area.

Exactly like pictures. Neighbor was awesome and let us use his beach access bc it was much nicer. Perfect location and furnishings. Everything we needed was there. Two downfalls, master bed not good for us. Older and saggy with pocketing. Needed an umbrella for the table outside. Everything else was perfect.
