While we we highly impressed with the property itself, we we highly disappointed with the communication of the property manager. Upon arrival in Rome at the airport we still hadn't received any communication on checkin. This concerned us to the point of getting a room there and staying instead of going on to the accommodation. We did go over the second day after having to repeatedly try to contact someone for checkin information. Once arriving the property is top notch, could easyily say it was one of the most beautiful designed and masterfully decorated. An absolute gem. If we had not had communication issues it would have been wonderful.

We did our check in documents a bit late, but we found the location and it took us a bit to locate where we actually were going to be staying. However, everything was sorted in about 30 minutes and we are so happy with our stay and the location we chose. It was an amazing experience!

This was a really nice apartment and close to several restaurants. We were there for less than 24 hours but it was comfortable and clean and perfect for our stay before our cruise. It is not a 5 minute walk to the Carnival Cruise port. I suggest taking a walk to the public buses to get to the Carnival cruise port. Would definitely stay here again.
