This beautiful modern cottage is situated on Black Donald Lake near Calabogie with 200 feet of flat shoreline and stunning views. It features a huge front deck complete with glass railings, a lounge couch, and patio table. Enjoy some relaxation in the new barre sauna! The large dock is the perfect place to relax, fish, go for a swim and enjoy the stunning sunsets. The property is largely flat allowing easy access to the water for both young and old. Built in 2020, this 3 bedroom cottage cottage sleeps 6 people comfortably, has a large open family room overlooking the waterfront, and an open concept kitchen and dining areas. The bathroom has double sinks, glass shower stall and separate bath tub. Black Donald lake is a large, clean lake great for swimming, fishing, boating and watersports.
Included with your stay are a barbeque with propane, kayaks, life jackets, board games, large flat screen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, television, unlimited internet access with Netflix, and a fire pit with firewood.
One bedroom has a queen bed, one bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top and double on the bottom, and the third has another queen bed with amazing lake views.
The living room has a vaulted ceiling, a propane fireplace with a 100 year old mantle, a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating, and a wall of windows to enjoy the beautiful waterfront. The fully equipped kitchen has an island with bar seating along with four stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a harvest table with bench seating, chairs and an oversized patio door that walks out onto the deck and barbeque area.
This stunning lakeside getaway is located just over an hour from Ottawa, and just 10 minutes down the road from Calabogie Peaks Ski Hill, Calabogie Highlands Golf Course, restaurants and hiking trails.
