About this house rental
Fully remodeled property with new main floor, very clean property. 240 ft. of lake front property on the Tri-Lakes/Canadian Lakes area. Championship golf courses like St. Ives and Tullymore resorts. The property sits on 1.4 acres so lots of outdoor space and laid out well. 3 kayaks and 3 paddleboards available. The complete area is very nice and has the up north feel with lots of golf, lakes, and other activities available. Beautiful indoor main living room with large windows to the lake and central air after a hot day outside. Large new firepit area with wood and seating. New large 12x20 patio 6 feet from the lake shoreline. Gazebo off the house with cooking are with large newer gas grills. I wish we could of spent more time at the house. Due to a family wedding on Lake Mecosta we really just slept here. It was quiet and comfortable. Everyone had a bed so it was perfect for the week! The view was tryly a pleasure with my morning coffee.

We would rent this property again. Plenty of space for everyone. The views from the house were amazing, and the loons sang to us everyday. Gary the host was amazing to work with. Thanks again Gary for sharing your house with us.

Amazing location with the most picturesque view from the living room. All the comforts of home with the added benefit of being on the water and having access to the boat! Our host Gary was super helpful and responsive when we reached out. This was a much needed getaway for the family and it exceeded every expectation!

Gary was a great host! Prompt responses to all all my questions. House is spacious and welcoming. Kitchen-well stocked with Dishes/Pots/Pans/Utensils.
Beds-Comfortable and lots of them! Only critique is lack of space or a closet in one of the upstairs rooms. Guests used the extra beds to hold luggage but no where to hang anything. If all beds are needed for guests there is no extra room and only 1 small dresser. The property is well laid out. Love the big deck and all the outdoor space and seating, the fire pit, and the view.
Tri-Lakes - Beautiful. Peaceful. We had lots of fun Boating, Jet Skiing, Kayaking, and Fishing.
Great Location! Close to Golf, Restaurants, Ice Cream, Winery's, Farms, and Shopping. We really enjoyed our stay in Mecosta. A beautiful and friendly small town with lots to do in the area and plenty to do if you never want to leave the lake. We look forward to returning and I would stay in this Lake house again.
