Escape to this very special picturesque house in The Refuge at Fenwick Island, Delaware. This gorgeous vacation rental offers a tremendous experience for guests. With 4 Bedrooms (3 with full bath. Master on 1st floor and a bonus room with 3 single beds for the kids., sleeps 9 comfortably or 11 with sofa bed, House includes front porch, sunroom, screened and open back porch, fenced yard, 2 car garage (not accessible to renters)
3 miles to beach - Fenwick Island and Ocean City, or just a few steps to many amenities including a large pool , exercise room, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, bocce, volleyball, and cornhole.
The thing I love most about this house and area are the nicely kept homes, the serenity and the convenience to all amenities

My husband and I just spent a week here with our two grown children and their families. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures online. The homeowner was so attentive to all of our questions. We had everything we needed and so much space for our little grandchildren to run around. The fenced in backyard was an added bonus for a family with little kids. We also loved that the pool was right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was even more spacious than expected, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax. The open-concept living area flowed seamlessly, making it perfect for both socializing and unwinding. On the days we chose to skip the beach, the private community pool provided a perfect alternative for lounging and enjoying the sun. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

the location was just perfect for us. Since we have younger kiddos, the fact that the house was immediately next to the walking path through the park area was amazing! We didn't have to worry about them riding bikes on busy roads at all! Plenty of space in the house, with a great kids room. LOVED IT and will definitely be back :) Amanda

Great family stay , room for everyone and to celebrate my son’s and daughter in laws birthday , Weather didn’t cooperate but it didn’t matter. Would definitely stay again
