Our 53 m² vacation apartment is particularly well-suited for vacations with two to three people. It’s located on the top floor (1st floor) and was completely remodeled and renovated in 2013. Bright rooms, high-quality furniture, and tasteful decor make it an oasis of comfort for relaxing days.
In this Borkum vacation apartment, you’ll find a spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen and an adjoining large sun-drenched balcony, a separate bedroom, a large, bright bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a storage closet.
Enjoy glorious sunny hours on the beautiful balcony of our vacation rental! Reading a good book here in peace or winding down the day with a glass of wine guarantees that wonderful vacation feeling. You’re also welcome to use the house’s terrace.
Or you can make yourself comfortable in the stylish living room! For cozy, relaxing moments, it’s equipped with a flat-screen TV (satellite TV), a Blu-ray player, and a small stereo system, among other amenities. There is another flat-screen TV in the bedroom.
The separate bedroom in this Borkum vacation rental features a comfortable double bed. The couch in the living area, with a sleeping surface measuring 1.50 x 2.00 m, is suitable for a third person.
The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, and a microwave. Various small appliances are also available, such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, bread slicer, and blender.
The apartment comes with its own parking space.
