A DECK YOU’LL NEVER WANT TO LEAVE

The riverside deck is the heart of the cabin. Listen to the Big Thompson flow past, watch trout rise, photograph passing wildlife, share a meal, or unwind beneath Colorado’s brilliant evening skies.

EXPERIENCE ESTES PARK IN OCTOBER

October is one of the most memorable times to visit Estes Park. Golden aspens brighten the mountain landscape, cooler temperatures make hiking comfortable, and elk are frequently seen and heard throughout the area during the fall season.

Explore Rocky Mountain National Park, photograph autumn scenery, watch wildlife from a respectful distance, browse the shops in downtown Estes Park, and enjoy local restaurants and breweries—then retreat to your quiet cabin along the river.

ENJOY THE PEACEFUL SIDE OF THE ROCKIES IN NOVEMBER

November is perfect for travelers who value tranquility, flexibility, and quality time together. With the busiest travel season behind you, it is easier to enjoy uncrowded trails, relaxed meals in town, scenic drives, wildlife viewing, and unhurried evenings at the cabin.

Plan a romantic escape, celebrate Thanksgiving in the mountains, take a restorative break before the holidays, or settle in for a productive workcation surrounded by river and mountain views. Seasonal weather can vary, making every November stay a unique Colorado experience.

MINUTES FROM ADVENTURE

Use the cabin as your home base for:

* Hiking and wildlife watching in Rocky Mountain National Park
* Fly fishing on the Big Thompson River
* Exploring downtown Estes Park
* Scenic drives and fall photography
* Shopping, dining, breweries, and coffee shops
* Horseback riding and other seasonal activities
* Quiet days spent reading, relaxing, and reconnecting by the river

Some high-elevation roads and activities are weather-dependent in late fall, but Rocky Mountain National Park and the Estes Park area offer plenty to experience throughout October and November.

STAY LONGER OR WORK FROM THE RIVER

Reliable high-speed WiFi and peaceful surroundings make the cabin an inspiring place to work remotely. Start the morning with river views, stay productive during the day, and spend the late afternoon fishing, exploring Estes Park, or watching the sunset over the mountains.

Whether you are planning a fall-color adventure, fly-fishing getaway, romantic weekend, Thanksgiving in the Rockies, or quiet November retreat, this private Big Thompson River cabin offers the authentic Colorado experience guests return for year after year.

October and November dates are limited. Reserve your riverfront escape and experience Estes Park at its most peaceful and unforgettable.

Hosts were very responsive leading up to our booking. The property has an unusual, but charming layout. If you book this cabin, you will want to spend as much time as possible on the patio listening to the river. Great access to Estes Park, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Also not terribly far to get to Boulder or Fort Collins for those visiting CSU like we were.

Fantastic place that is nicely outside of town. Enjoyed the quiet. Overall place was clean and comfortable. Living room furniture is very nice. Only issues were lack of curtains throughout the property. I am weird when it comes to that so it may just be a me thing. Would recommend if you like to be outside of town and have access to river

No heat downstairs, had to buy our own firewood, and shower upstairs leaked to bathroom downstairs. Property outside was not kept.
