Our homely and freshly renewed apartment, located in a building with lift, is in the beautiful seaside town of Villajoyosa. Ideal for couples, friends or families, it can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The flat features an open space with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a bright living and dining area with satellite TV and a large closet, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with electric stoves, microwave, fridge, freezer and all utensils for a comfortable stay. The spacious bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet and storage cabinet.
Amenities include a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, A/C, bed linen and towels. A crib for infants can be provided. The apartment is equipped with photosensors for the anti-theft alarm system and a security camera outside the building for extra safety. Its excellent location offers everything within walking distance: just 3 minutes from the beach, opposite the old town and next to the main street.
