About this villa rental

The detached villa Hieros Kepos is in the small village of Koloni, a beautiful part of Paphos, offering the tourist quiet and relaxed tranquil surroundings but having all the local atmosphere and local culture thrown in. The 3 double bedrooms, all ensuite villa is ideally situated being only a short casual walk to the local supermarket and shops where you can catch the local bus service into Paphos seafront. A further short walk takes you into the next village of Geroskipou where you will see various shops including, bakers, banks, post office, museum, five domed church, cafe and taverns in a modern village square.
INTERNAL:
On the first floor, the accommodation has 3 large double bedrooms, all having queen sized beds and are full en suite. All 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, with hair dryers, bedside tables and table lamps, sleeping up to 6 persons.
The villa has full air-conditioning and heating units to all the villa rooms, with two bedrooms leading onto the upper sun balcony having great sea and sunset views.
On the ground floor is the comfortable open plan lounge and dining areas with panoramic sea views through the two floor to ceiling patio doorways.
A 55" hdmi TV with all UK BBC/ITV, Films, Discovery and Sky sports channels, a DVD player, a good selection of books, games, music and films. The villa offers free internet and wifi access plus a notebook laptop usage on request.
EXTERNAL:
Front driveway leading to the villa front door has room for two cars and there is extra roadside parking available for at least two more cars. The HK villa Paphos is surrounded by gardens with fruit trees to the front and side section of the villa, plus sun / sunshade patios. At the rear of the villa is the private 8m x 4m swimming pool, gas heated if required during the months of November to March, a deluxe spa hot tub, sunbeds and lounger cushions, parasols for you to relax enjoying the long days in the Cyprus sunshine, all having great sea views.
There is a deluxe mobile gas six burner with oven hood BBQ, plus the traditional Cypriot charcoal burner BBQ are provided for you along with a large out door table and chairs with parasol, plus a patio dining table and chairs with parasol for those pleasant sunny evenings when only eating outside the villa in fresco style will complete that perfect day.
On the shaded terrace there is a swing hammock to enjoy the sea views and watch the end of the day come to a close with fantastic sunsets over Paphos.

As a party of four we arrived at the Villa Hieros to be met by John.We expected great things having read the reviews and were not disappointed!John couldn't be more congenial. The Villa was perfect for us. Very well equipped as per previous reviews. Location and views from the pool were perfect. Recommend hiring a car( which John can advise on). Definitely visit Costas which is a genuine Cypriot restaurant within easy walking distance, as is a well equipped Supermarket. We all agreed that this was our best holiday for many a year and do not hesitate to strongly recommend it to any one.Many thanks John!!

We had a wonderful time in the villa. We came in February so the weather was not hot but the hot tub and heated pool were perfect for us (our kids are 11 and 13y). The views are spectacular and the villa is perfectly located to explore all of Cyprus. You can easily walk to the local taverna and supermarket. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen and there were heaters in the rooms for cooler nights. The beds were very comfy. Our host John was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Cyprus.

The villa has wonderful views and absolutely everything anyone could possibly want from a holiday getaway.
John was very thorough with his tour around the villa and very welcoming.
The bedrooms all with ensuite were comfortable, and the two which opened onto the upstairs terrace offered the perfect gentle breeze through the night when the door was left open.
The pool was perfect temp throughout the day and very welcoming through the heat of the afternoon. The hot tub was lovely especially after a full day of kayaking.
Brilliant location which was very quiet for the first part of our stay until building work started, but that didn’t spoil the place. Close enough to drive into Paphos, but far enough to escape the main tourist gatherings.
We did all feel quite guilty when the bin with bottles in didn’t get emptied, apparently everything going into the bins needs to be bagged, which was the only thing we hadn’t been made aware of, so do please make sure you get some rubbish sacks .
Would definitely recommend John and Anne’s home.

We throughly enjoyed our recent stay. The villa and facilities were great. We especially enjoyed the pool and eating alfresco using the barbecue. John was the perfect host and greeted warmly upon arrival. The villa is situated in a peaceful location providing amazing sea views. We would recommend you have a car to allow easy access to the beach and shops and to explore the island. However nothing is too far away. We hope to visit again next year!
