Enjoying morning coffee or dinners on the expansive screened in porch that is like a second living room with a mounted TV. Watch deer from across the canal around the fire pit. A public boat ramp across the street.

Quiet neighborhood with a great viewing of lake outback.
My children enjoyed fishing out back, easy access to the water and boat - kyak launch across the street.
Lots of wildlife viewing while sitting outback.
Gators,snakes fish,and plenty of birdwatching.
House was clean and kept as well as yard.
Only concern was water backing up due to septic tank draining issues. (Most likely hurricane aftermath related.)
Host took care of things asap. Minor set back.
Not far from the local watering hole. My wife and I met fun and inviting locals while enjoying the weekend nightlife.
I would recommend this house and I would definitely consider another stay in the future.
