This house is just what you need for spending a summer in a Mediterranean climate near the beach. It's a cozy family property, perfectly prepared for a comfortable stay. Everything is distributed on a single ground floor, with a perfect terrace for outdoor dinners and a small private garden that leads directly to the community pool. The area is quiet, and there is free parking spaces available nearby, usually within walking distance.
The beds are distributed across two bedrooms, one with bunk beds for the little ones and the master bedroom with a double bed overlooking the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen connects directly to the living room for grater comfort.
The house is in a quiet area with a community of only 15 houses sharing the pool. It is located a 15-minute walk from Sant Pol beach and less than ten minutes from the town center and all its shops. Sant Pol beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, and from there you can quickly access the coastal path from St. Pol to La Conca. It's a beautiful area that takes about 30 minutes to walk one way and another 30 minutes back. Also nearby are many options related to the sea, such as kayak rentals to explore the coast firsthand, boat rentals, etc., but there are also options like cycling along the bike path nearby, playing golf, or shopping in Platja d'Aro, among others.
By car, you can reach many villages in the surrounding coastal and inland areas, all with a rich cultural heritage. You can also explore beautiful landscapes in the Baix Empordà area and its surroundings
