Quietly nestled amongst the olive groves this traditional stone-built cottage offers a wonderful retreat away from the stresses of city life. The property is ideally set up for alfresco living and enjoys a tranquil view of the sea from its pretty garden and an outside dining area. Guests can relax on a sun lounger, cook on the BBQ and enjoy meals in the shade of the terrace.
Inside the one-story property enjoys an open plan living space which is furnished with a digital flatscreen smart satellite HDTV, a sofa bed and a dining table. This area also incorporates the modern kitchen which is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

The property is located in the countryside on the western side of Korčula Island, a 10-minute drive from the picturesque coastal town of Vela Luka. The closest restaurant is a 5-minute drive in Gradina Bay for more restaurants and supermarkets gusts will need to head into Vela Luka.
The area is known for its beautiful beaches and clear waters - but don\'t forget your swimming shoes to navigate the rocks. The beautiful wild beach of Martina Bok is a 15-minute walk away and offers an idyllic spot for swimming and sunbathing. Alternatively, guests can rent a boat from the marina in Vela Luka (a 12-minute drive) and head to the tranquil shores of Proizd Island which offers pristine white pebble beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters.
