Nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, this lovely and spacious home with pool is only minutes away from so much! Steps from paved walking/biking trail system. 5 minutes from restaurants, stores. 5 minutes from the Barrel District, MACC cultural center, and farmers market. 20 minutes from downtown Sacramento, Folsom, and nature trails. Every detail is considered in this 2-story 4BD/3BA house, well-stocked with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable!
First floor: Family room with tv and fireplace, sofa bed, slider door to the backyard with pool, kitchen with cooking essentials, 4-person table and two counter stools, dining room that seats 8, bedroom with 1 single and 1 full bed, and a full bathroom.
Second floor: Loft with 65-inch tv, sofa, and desk, spacious primary bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom. Also upstairs - two more bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The pool is not heated.
There is a camera on the Ring doorbell at the front door and cameras in the driveway and back walkway.
