The gravel road from the Costanera highway to the house is full of lush green of the tropical forest. It follows the course of a creek, which attracts all kinds of wildlife. The house is walking distance from La Colonia Entrance of Marine National Park Ballena (5 minutes walk). Easy access, proximity to beach and to the main highway, a very convenient location in Uvita. The property elevation is enough to enjoy the constant the breeze of the creek across all day long.
