This property is a villa style townhouse that shares a driveway and wall with the neighboring unit. It has the original kitchen, master shower, and tile floors meaning not everything is brand new. This modest unit is great for visiting with family members or friends in the area. This will provide the perfect private space needed to rest in between checking out all the wonderful things Wellington and its surrounding areas have to offer!
Please note there is a road that runs behind the property so some road noise may be noticed from inside. We provide TV in the living room only via Roku.
The backyard has a big beautiful mango tree so please feel free to enjoy some fruit if you are here with us during mango season!
The subtropical location of South Florida is full of various types of wildlife, such as lizards, that can be expected near the property. Keeping doors and windows closed as much as possible can help to keep these and other critters outside!

My wife found this place and originally scheduled for 2 weeks earlier. Some plans changed suddenly but the host was able to confirm very promptly a change of stay. We had one problem with the key lock late one night but the host responded within 5 minutes even though it was late at night. The problem was fixed very quickly within 2 days. She provided us an emergency key in the meantime. Every communication with her was quickly answered no matter the time of day. The place was immaculately clean and quiet near the end of a cul-de-sac. With a mango tree in the backyard, she gave us permission to pick some. Fortunately they were coming into ripeness. I have not had tree ripened mangos since a stay in Belize. Delicious! I highly recommend this place.

Three bedrooms, kitchen, laundry machines. Wifi, helpful host. Enjoyed the stay. This was the nicer of several places I've stayed in Wellington.

This property was outstanding! The host went above and beyond in providing great service. I love that we had the option to have someone clean the home once a month. We were there for long term business stay and the location is great. The home was relaxing and comfortable. Looking forward to returning again.

This location is the best all around. Our host was excellent and provided 5 star accommodations. She was very attentive to us and provided great communication throughout our stay. We were there for business purposes and it was close to the work place. The space was comfortable and relaxing. You can say a home away from home. Highly Recommend!
