Ojibwa Cottage, affectionately known by its owners as Sojstuga ("The Sea Cottage"), is a beautiful contemporary retreat located at the mouth of the Damariscotta River. Perched on a knoll in East Boothbay, this newer shingled cape-style home offers an airy, open-concept living experience with breathtaking panoramic views of the water where the river meets the Atlantic Ocean.

Spectacular Sunrise Views: Sitting up on a knoll, this cottage offers some of the finest sunrise views in the region, looking out toward Bristol and the open sea.
Modern Comforts: The home features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, radiant heat for cooler mornings, and a clean, neat atmosphere that feels light and bright.
Expansive Outdoor Living: A large wrap-around deck on the main level comes equipped with a picnic table, patio furniture, and a grill—perfect for outdoor dining. The master bedroom also features its own private balcony with ocean views.
Water & Dock Access: Guests have access to the Little River Community dock and float nearby. This protected area is an ideal launching point for kayaking and boating adventures.
Flexible Living Spaces: In addition to the three bedrooms upstairs, the main floor includes a study with a full-size futon, providing extra space for relaxation or sleeping.
Relaxing Amenities: The second-floor bathroom features a jetted tub, offering a spa-like retreat after a day of exploring the Maine coastline.
