MAISON MARTIN 1625 is a superb 17th century farmhouse recently renovated into a Luxury Chalet, by an interior designer.
It is located in the middle of nature in the small hamlet of Pra-Soubeiran, 5 minutes from the town centre of Barcelonnette, in the Alpes de Haute Provence.
The house offers 5-star accommodation with a very large garden and free Wi-Fi access. Private parking is available on site and ski/bike storage is available.
This large house of 170m2 has a large terrace with a superb view of the mountains and the Ubaye valley. You can use the barbecue in summer!
It offers a large living room with fireplace offering a superb panoramic view of the Ubaye valley, with a large screen television, an XXL sofa, a warm, neat and high-end decoration. A dining area that can accommodate 8 people and in continuity a large fully equipped and new kitchen. A guest toilet is available near the entrance.
On the night side, it has 3 independent bedrooms each with a storage cupboard, desk, TV, toilet and bathroom (bath or shower). Towels and bed linen are provided.
Apart from the two ski areas located nearby: the ski resort of Pra-Loup and the resort of Le Sauze, Super Sauze, the Ubaye valley offers an almost unlimited range of activities in the immediate vicinity: golf, rafting, canyoning, paragliding, gliding, fishing, hiking with or without a guide, on foot, on horseback or mountain bike, acrobranching, architectural heritage, cultural festivals...
It is located on the northern edge of the Mercantour National Park and only 100 kilometers from the beautiful Italian city of Cuneo and 220 kilometers from Marseille-Provence airport and Aix-TGV station.
