The beautiful dining area, with its built-in bench, invites you to “linger a little longer,” and in the open kitchen (oven, induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher), you can easily whip up an entire vacation meal if you’d like. A high-quality Nespresso machine brews you a delicious cup of coffee for the perfect start to your day. The open-concept bedroom offers exceptional comfort. The COCO-Mat box-spring double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), made from high-quality natural materials, ensures restful nights. With the second flat-screen TV, you can comfortably watch TV right from bed. The high-quality built-in cabinets in the hallway provide space for your vacation wardrobe. Right next door is the en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, toilet, and sink—and another highlight: the private sauna. You can enjoy the Usedom sun on the spacious southwest-facing balcony (15 square meters) with a dining area and a sun lounger. During the warmer months (mid-May through September), a beach chair is available right on the beach so you can enjoy the sound of the sea to the fullest. For your vehicle, we offer a parking space in the underground garage, which can be booked with an optional charging station for electric cars. A dedicated bicycle storage room completes the amenities.

On cooler days, the saunas and fireplaces—which come with every apartment—ensure relaxation during your vacation. You can comfortably listen to the sound of the waves from the terraces, balconies, and rooftop terraces, as each apartment has its own separate outdoor area. Some apartments offer views of the Baltic Sea, while the penthouses guarantee them. Open living areas and fully equipped kitchens round out the new “Quartier am Strand” property. There is also an on-site underground parking garage (entry height 2.05 m) as well as an outdoor parking space (for Apartment 3), ensuring that you have your own parking spot.
