Have stayed at property and would give it top recommendation for being a Great location for a larger group.
Double booking did cause an issue which was resolved by a very concerned agent.

We rented this home for my guys 50th, and it was perfect. There were 9 adults and it was the perfect amount of space. The amenities, especially the hot tub were grest, and I really appreciated the little things they had for us to use like cooking oil, spices, tinfoil and Suran wrap. The property manager even brought us a jar of her best friend’s home made peanut butter!

We had a group of ten of us stay at the property for a golf weekend. The location of the house couldn’t have been better, close to the beach and multiple golf courses near by. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the house was stocked, specially the kitchen. As a group that loves to cook, this was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again!
