The house was nice. The rooftop was not as nice as we were were hoping. The furniture is more worn and torn than expected. Overall though it was nice and accommodating.

This was an absolutely perfect property. It was a truly memorable place to stay. We absolutely loved it. Even the pullout couch was very comfortable with some sort of relatively thick memory foam mattress. The only small complaint is that there isn't much within walking distance, due to the Nashville heat in the summer, but that's nothing to do with this amazingly kept property.

This property was perfect for our family, everyone enjoyed our stay @ Nashville. Rooftop for adults was amazing and the game room for the grandchildren was throughly entertaining. Thanks you for a fabulous experience once again in Nashville!

The property was great. Had plenty of bedrooms for each guest. We loved the fact that each bedroom had a television. The game room really made the property the perfect place for us. My only negative comment would be the lack of cooking items in the kitchen. I am sure most people go out to eat and only use the property to sleep but that was not the situation for us. A $500.00 trip to Wal-Mart or Target for basic kitchen essentials - a hand mixer( which we purchased and left), a large frying pan, a large mixing bowl , measuring cups( which we also purchased and left) .... would go a long way to making it a truly complete rental property. All and all, highly recommend.
